児童の性的虐待・搾取（CSAE / CSAM）に関する子どもの安全基準

1. 基本方針

Ours（パッケージ名: com.amor.ours）は、児童の性的虐待・搾取（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE）および児童性的虐待コンテンツ（Child Sexual Abuse Material, CSAM）を 一切容認しません。本サービスはゲイ・バイセクシャル男性向けの18歳以上限定のマッチング／コミュニケーション サービスであり、未成年者の利用および未成年者を対象とするいかなる行為も禁止します。本方針は Google Play の児童の安全基準ポリシーおよび Apple App Store のレビューガイドラインの該当条項に準拠して策定されています。

2. 禁止される行為・コンテンツ

本アプリでは、次のすべてのコンテンツ・行為を厳格に禁止し、検出した場合は予告なく該当アカウントを永久停止し、関係当局に通報します。

• 児童の性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の投稿、共有、リクエスト、所持、リンク提供
• 未成年者の性的グルーミング、勧誘、誘拐、人身取引
• 未成年者を性的に描写したテキスト、画像、動画、音声（実写・アニメ・AI 生成物を問わない）
• 年齢を偽った未成年者の登録、または未成年者が利用しているアカウントへのアクセス共有
• 未成年者と性的接触を目的とした連絡、誘い、対面の取り決め
• 未成年者の安全を脅かすあらゆる嫌がらせ、脅迫、リベンジ・ポルノ

3. 未成年利用の防止対策

1. 年齢ゲート: アカウント作成時に生年月日入力を必須とし、18歳未満は登録を拒否します。
2. 本人確認バッジ: 公的身分証アップロードによる年齢確認制度を提供し、確認済みユーザーをバッジで明示します。
3. 申告された未成年者の即時排除: 通報・検出された未成年者疑いのアカウントは、調査完了まで即時凍結し、確定後は永久停止します。
4. プロフィール写真・コンテンツのモデレーション: アップロードされる画像は機械学習による自動スキャンと、必要に応じた目視レビューの対象です。
5. マッチング前のフィルタリング: 双方向の合意（マッチ）成立前にメッセージ機能を解放しません。

4. 通報・対応窓口

アプリ内のすべてのプロフィール・チャットには通報機能を備えています（「・・・」メニュー → 「通報」）。通報受付後、運営チームが 24時間以内に初動確認を行い、必要に応じて以下の措置を取ります。

• 該当アカウントの即時凍結
• 関連コンテンツの削除
• 関係する全ユーザーへの安全通知
• 各国法執行機関（日本: 警察庁および ICAC タスクフォース、米国: NCMEC）への通報

7. 改定

本方針は法令改正、運用方針の見直し、ストア要件の変更等に応じて随時改定されます。重要な変更があった場合は本ページ上に変更日を明示し、ユーザーへ通知します。

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Ours (package: com.amor.ours) has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Ours is an 18+ only dating and communication service for gay and bisexual men. Minors are prohibited from registering or using the service, and any conduct that targets, sexualizes, or endangers a minor is strictly forbidden. This policy is published in compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

• Posting, sharing, requesting, possessing, or linking to CSAM in any form (live action, animated, or AI-generated).
• Grooming, recruiting, abduction, or trafficking of minors.
• Sexual depictions of minors in text, image, audio, or video form.
• Account registration by minors, age misrepresentation, or sharing access to an account used by a minor.
• Soliciting sexual contact, meetings, or transactions with minors.
• Harassment, threats, or revenge pornography that endangers a minor's safety.

3. Measures to prevent minor usage

1. Age gate requiring date-of-birth entry at sign-up; users under 18 are refused.
2. ID verification badge based on government-issued ID upload.
3. Immediate suspension of any reported or detected minor account pending investigation; permanent ban upon confirmation.
4. Photo / content moderation via automated scanning and human review.
5. Mutual-match gating: direct messaging is only enabled after both parties match.

4. Reporting and response

Every profile and chat has an in-app report button (••• menu → Report). Reports are triaged within 24 hours and may result in immediate suspension, content removal, user-safety notice, and escalation to law enforcement (in Japan: National Police Agency / ICAC equivalents; in the US: NCMEC under 18 U.S.C. §2258A).
